MAGGIE'S BLOG

For the Daydream video project I want to alternate between the aquatic and natural world. The video will start out with a person walking around through a natural landscape. The person will eventually end up sitting on a rock near a source of water and feel tempted to go into the water source (knowing it will be super cold). They will reach their hand towards the water and once their hand touches the water the camera will flip upside down and the video will turn to animation. The person will then be sitting on the same rock but underwater. The person's hands and feet will then begin to transform into a fish/frog or other aquatic animal. Then the person will take their hand out of the water and snap back to the natural world and panic but quickly will begin to calm down. Yet, curiosity will guide them to put their hand back in the water again (turning the video back to animation). The person will then completely transform into an aquatic animal and begin to explore the water source they are in, coming into contact with several other aquatic animals. While underwater the aquatic creatures will see a mermaid and the loch ness monster and maybe even king triton. Eventually the aquatic animal will find its way back to the rock and the scene will flip back to the natural world. The person will come out of the animation breathing very heavily, yet will begin to smile and eventually lay back on the rock in peace.
